The Burrowing parrot or Patagonian conure (Cyanoliseus patagonus) is a nice and coloured parrot, about 43 to 47 cm long, present in the south-eastern part of South America with fairly numerous populations. It is a bird easy to beed and is present in many ornithological collections where it displays a social character even if it may cause a remarkable nuisance as it emits continuously its shrill extremely squeak and acute © Giuseppe Mazza
