This 20-25 mm small butterfly is usually found on Thyme and Mint flowers by which it is very attracted. European species, is well diffused in the continent but never in substantial number. As typical of this genus of lepidopterans, when resting they keeps the wings half-open showing the bluish colour of the wing cover © Giuseppe Mazza
