Variety created in Germany in 1937 by Wilhelm J.H. Kordes.
A hybrid of the Rosa pimpinellifolia with few yellow petals, arranged initially like a cup, and then in a more relaxed form.
Intense perfume. Blooms only once a year, in spring.
